Ever since its establishment, Golden Leaf International (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Golden Leaf International"), has relied heavily on the society, the environment, talents, and partners to grow together. The synergy has helped the Company to develop on an upward trajectory. Having a vision to achieve sustainable business development, we will develop steadily with the Company's core values while keeping in mind the importance of carrying out our social responsibilities, giving back to the society, and implementing the CSR policies. In general, we will fulfill our social responsibilities from four aspects:

In terms of abiding by the law, "Golden Leaf International" attaches great importance to ethics, adheres to the law and order, and actively balances the interests of various stakeholders. With the use of our own business experience, we hope to drive forward and give energy to the cycle of the industry and supply chain, thereby jointly becoming a force for continuous improvements in the society.

Talents Training

Talents are the most valuable assets in an enterprise. At Golden Leaf, we believe that discovering and improving employees' abilities is particularly important to the development of the Company. Therefore, we regularly provide employees with appropriate training courses. It is our ultimate hope that our employees will grow with the Company and share our rewards together.

Environmental Protection

As a matter of fact, only a suitable living environment can nurture a sustainable enterprise. Having understood that the earth's resources will be exhausted one day, we have adopted the principles of turning wastes into energy, saving energy, and reusing resources in our business operations in the hope of contributing to environmental protection and providing a suitable living environment for our future generations.

In the process of growth and development, companies and enterprises should not forget the need to care for the underprivileged groups. We have carried out digital transformation for the Company from as early as 2015. Although there were huge resistance from traditional industry practices at the beginning, the management, with firm determination, continued to invest resources and provided patience and tolerance in helping the employees adapt to the long transformation cycle. Finally, we successfully overcame the difficulties encountered in the long transformation process and became one of the companies in the industry that successfully conducted digital transformation during the initial stage.

We improved the operational efficiency and probability of success through applying technology to optimize those traditional complicated and inefficient approval process; promoting paperless working culture to reduce environmental resource consumption; using real-time digital systems to provide endless stream of data supporting the management to gain early insight into opportunities and make important decisions.
