The three founders set up the Golden Leaf Air-Conditioning Engineering Company Limited in 2006. With the initial office sized around 60 sq. ft. in an industrial building on Tai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, the Company back then provided air-conditioning installation and maintenance for individual customers and small businesses.

2010
The approval by the Buildings Department in registering Golden Leaf as a Minor Works Contractor in 2010 laid a foundation for the future development of the Company. From then, the founders began to explore the opportunities and were prepared for business transformation.

In 2013, the Company was successfully transformed into a contractor for comprehensive air conditioning services. It began to provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for the properties managed large-scale developers, which laid a solid foundation for the Company's development.

During 2018, the Company's business developed rapidly, with nearly 100 direct employees. With the set up of its own property as its head office in the same year, it has evolved and developed into an upstream comprehensive mechanical and electrical engineering service enterprise in the industry.

Like most other businesses, the engineering business was also severely hit by the emergency situation in Hong Kong and the prevalence of COVID-19 from 2019 to 2020. In the midst of devastation, we began to restructure and re-explore for direction and strategies for a more sustainable development. With everyone's concerted efforts, we finally overcame the adversities with success.

What we treasure the most was indeed the honor to be recognized by our peers and the public for our achievements through persistence.
